Shipping & Delivery

Every order is printed to your specification and then shipped by courier. This page sets out what that costs, how long each stage takes and how you pay, so there are no surprises between placing the order and opening the cartons. It applies to orders placed on this site and to quotes agreed by email or phone.

Shipping is free on every order to the four countries above, whatever the quantity. For other destinations the carrier charge is shown on your quote before you confirm. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are not included and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Production time

Production starts once your artwork proof is approved and, for bank-transfer orders, once payment has cleared. A standard run takes 7–10 business days to print, cut, glue and pack. Large quantities, specialty finishes such as foil or embossing, and orders with several sizes can take longer; the quote states the production time for your run. Rush production is available on request and is confirmed before the order is accepted.

Allowing for production and transit, a typical order to a US address arrives 10–15 business days after proof approval.

How payment works

  • Bank transfer. The default for printed work. After you approve the proof we email an invoice with our bank details; production starts when the payment clears.
  • Cash on delivery. Available on orders placed through the site. You pay the carrier in cash when the cartons are delivered.

Prices on the product pages are starting prices per unit at the 100-unit minimum. The unit price falls as the quantity rises, and the quote you approve is the price you pay. There are no die or plate charges and no charge for design work or proofs.

Tracking and delivery

When the order leaves our facility you receive an email with the carrier tracking number. Cartons are shipped flat in corrugated master cases, with the number of cases stated on the shipping notice. Someone should be available to receive the delivery; the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the shipment at a depot if nobody is present.

Damaged or short deliveries

Check the cases when they arrive and note any damage with the driver. If cartons are damaged in transit, or the count is short, email [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photographs and we will reprint or replace the affected quantity at no charge. Returns for other reasons follow the returns and refund policy.

Changing the delivery address

Address changes are free until the order ships. After dispatch, a redirection is subject to the carrier's charge, which we pass on at cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is shipping really free on wholesale burger box orders?

Yes. Orders delivered to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia ship free by FedEx, from the 100-unit minimum up to full pallet quantities. Other destinations are quoted at the carrier rate before you confirm, so the shipping cost is always on the quote you approve.

How long does a custom burger box order take to arrive?

Allow 7 to 10 business days of production after proof approval, then 3 to 5 business days in transit, so most US orders arrive 10 to 15 business days after the proof is signed off. Foil, embossing and multi-size runs can add a few days, and the quote states the production time for your run.

Can I get burger boxes faster than the standard production time?

Rush production is available on request. Tell us the date you need the cartons in hand and we will confirm whether the run can be brought forward before you place the order. Rush slots depend on the press schedule, so ask as early as possible.

How do I pay for a bank transfer order?

After you approve the proof we email an invoice with our bank details. Production starts as soon as the payment clears, and the tracking number follows when the order ships. The invoice amount matches the quote you approved, with no fees added.

Does cash on delivery mean I pay the courier?

Yes. On cash-on-delivery orders placed through the site, you pay the FedEx driver in cash for the invoice amount when the cartons are delivered. Make sure someone authorized to pay is available at the delivery address.

Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes. When the order leaves the facility you receive an email with the carrier tracking number and the number of master cases in the shipment. You can follow the delivery on the carrier site from that point.

How are burger boxes packed for shipping?

Cartons ship flat, bundled in stacks and packed in corrugated master cases that protect the print and the score lines. Flat packing keeps freight low and the boxes fold up in seconds when you need them. Pre-glued styles such as clamshells also ship flat.

What happens if the boxes arrive damaged?

Note any damage with the driver, then email [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We reprint or replace the affected quantity at no charge. Keep the damaged cases until the claim is settled in case the carrier needs to inspect them.

Do you charge duties or taxes on international orders?

No. Import duties or taxes applied by the destination country are not part of our price. They are assessed and collected by the carrier on delivery according to the rules of that country, so check your local thresholds before ordering.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

Yes, free of charge until the order ships. After dispatch the carrier charges a redirection fee, which we pass on at cost. Email the new address with your order number as soon as you know it to avoid that fee.
