Most orders are custom printed with a logo or full design, but plain boxes in any of our sizes and materials can be quoted as well. Some customers order plain boxes and brand them with stickers or sleeves. Every order, printed or plain, follows the same 100-unit minimum and is cut to the dimensions you need.

Each box is made to order, so the price depends on size, material, print, finish and quantity, and a fixed cart price would be wrong for most orders. Every product starts from $0.20 per unit with a 100-unit minimum, and the unit price falls as quantity rises. A quote prices your exact box rather than a generic one.

You send size, style, quantity and artwork through the quote form. We reply with pricing, then prepare a free 2D proof and 3D mockup. Once you approve, production typically takes 7 to 10 business days, and the order ships free within the US. Rush production is available when a launch date or event is close.

Both. The free design service helps customers who have a logo but no packaging layout, and it adapts existing artwork so it fits each box's dieline correctly. We also check colors, bleed and fold positions on files that arrive print-ready. Designers prepare 2D proofs and 3D mockups so you see the finished box before production.

We print in CMYK and Pantone using offset and digital methods, chosen based on quantity and artwork. Finishes include gloss, matte, soft-touch, spot UV, foil and embossing or debossing. Grease-resistant food-grade coatings and linings are available, and food-safe inks are used throughout. That range covers everything from a one-color kraft box to a foil-stamped premium box.

Customers looking for lower-impact packaging can choose kraft, recycled kraft, corrugated or bagasse made from sugarcane fiber. Sizing a box closely to the food also cuts board use, and a single-color print on kraft uses less ink. We describe each material plainly rather than making broad green claims, and we suggest checking local recycling and composting rules.
