How is the product catalog organized?

Products are grouped by material, type, size, color and customization, plus complementary food packaging and occasion packaging such as catering and meal boxes. Browse by the feature that matters most to you. If you need a kraft clamshell, start in the material or type category, then send us the size. Every listing is a starting point that can be adjusted.

Can I order a product exactly as shown, or does everything get customized?

Every product is made to order, so you can take a listed design as shown or change its size, board, print and finish. Many customers start from a product page close to what they want and edit one or two details, such as adding a window or switching to kraft. The quote reflects whatever combination you choose.

What if the box I need is not in the catalog?

Describe it anyway. Every box is cut to your dimensions without die or plate charges, so new shapes, inserts and compartment layouts are part of normal production. Send a sketch, a photo of a similar box or the measurements and contents, and our team will confirm whether it can be made and quote it.

Which products do new food trucks usually order first?

Yes, and it is one of the most common requests. One artwork set is adapted across boxes, cups, bags, sleeves and stickers, with the logo resized and repositioned so it fits each dieline. Colors are matched using the same Pantone references so the items look like a family. Each product is still quoted on its own size and material.

Do product photos show the exact print I will receive?

Product photos show the style and construction, but your box will carry your own artwork, colors and finish. The best preview of the final result is your free 2D proof and 3D mockup, built from your files. For color-critical brands, a physical sample shows exactly how the ink sits on the chosen board before production.

Are the prices on product pages final?

How many products can I include in one quote request?

As many as you need. List each product with its size, material, quantity and artwork notes, and we price them together.
