At The Burger Boxes, we aim to provide reliable and quality food packaging that meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Covered Regions

This return policy applies to orders shipped to the following countries:

  • United States

  • Australia

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom


Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order.

  • Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not allow in-person or drop-off returns.

  • A return label is included in the package for your convenience.

  • No restocking fee will be applied.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. A replacement product will be sent after the original item is received and reviewed.


Refunds

After your returned item is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days.

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • All refunds are processed in USD, and your payment provider will convert it to your local currency if applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or opened items

  • Custom-printed packaging unless the product is defective

  • Products returned after the 10-day window
